Eligibility & Business Use

Datataginc.com primarily serves business customers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business or for commercial use and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Products

We supply barcode labels, thermal labels, RFID tags, POS rolls, ID cards, ribbons, printer consumables, and accessories from leading global brands.

Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for reference only. Minor variations in color, size, or packaging may occur depending on manufacturer updates.

Orders

All orders placed on Datataginc.com are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

Orders for custom-made products such as printed labels, RFID tags, or personalized cards cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once production has started.

Customers are responsible for verifying product specifications, compatibility, and order details before purchase. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect customer input.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.

Payment must be completed before order processing. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of payment failure, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across the UAE and offer export services to GCC, Africa, and selected MENA regions.

Delivery timelines are estimated only. Standard delivery within the UAE is typically 3–4 business days, depending on location and product availability.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for unused and non-customized products in original packaging.

Custom products, opened consumables, used items, and special orders are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank processing times.

Intellectual Property

All content on Datataginc.com, including text, branding, product listings, logos, and images, is the property of Datataginc.com or its suppliers and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting to hack, scrape, disrupt services, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Datataginc.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
